What is the room rate?

Attendees pay only $349 per night plus taxes/fees for a single/double room and includes complimentary advanced high-speed wireless internet access in all attendee guestrooms. Reduced room rates do not guarantee room availability with the hotel.

After October 5, 2026 room rates will be based on availability. Hotel rates are per room, per night and do not include tax/service. Currently, a 14.75% sales tax and a $3.50 per room, per night occupancy tax are applicable to the room rate. Such taxes are subject to change without notice.

What is the reservation procedure?

You do not pay anything at the time of reservation. However, you need to supply credit card information to keep a hold on your room rate and availability. You have until three days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation without penalty; after that date, a one-night penalty applies.
