What is the reservation procedure?
You must register before you can reserve a hotel room under the meeting room block. Rates and availability are limited and meeting registration alone does not guarantee a hotel room. Only one reservation is permitted per meeting registrant. Room reservation information will be included on your registration confirmation email.
What is the resort cancellation policy?
- New Reservations: Available at the discounted group rate through April 14, 2027 OR until the room block is sold out (please contact the hotel directly).
- Reservation Modifications: (please contact the hotel directly).
- Reservation Cancellation: Please contact the hotel directly to cancel. Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full and less than 14 days will forfeit the deposit and tax
What are the resort billing policies?
Guarantee Policy
Each reservation must be guaranteed by a check equal to one (1) night's lodging payable to Kiawah Island Golf Resort, or by phone if you wish to guarantee by credit card. (All major credit cards, traveler's checks and cash are accepted). Your deposit must be received within five (5) days if not paid by major credit card.
Tax Information
Room rates listed above do not include a 7% South Carolina state and a total of 6% local taxes per room/per night.
Booking Policy
A one-night deposit will be taken at the time of booking and are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
Sanctuary Additional Fees
- Resort Fee: Includes on-demand transportation, local/800 calls, internet, golf storage, fitness center access, coffee service, self-parking, beach services, and shoe shine.
- Bell Stand/Bag Pull: $24 (includes arrival and departure)
- Parking: Self-parking is complimentary or Valet Parking at $26.00 per car/per day
Villas Additional Fees
- Resort Fee: 9% daily fee includes transportation, phone calls, and in-room coffee, high speed wireless internet access
- Bell Stand/Bag Pull: $8 per person (round trip)
- Parking: Self-parking is complimentary

Due to the secluded location and private/gate restricted access, ride share vehicles are not readily available on the island. Guests in need of departure transportation should coordinate with the Hotel Concierge with a minimum of 24-hour advance notice.
