3. Reservation Cancellation: Please contact the hotel directly to cancel. Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full and less than 14 days will forfeit the deposit and tax

Guarantee Policy

Each reservation must be guaranteed by a check equal to two (2) night's lodging payable to Kiawah Island Golf Resort, or by phone if you wish to guarantee by credit card. (All major credit cards, traveler's checks and cash are accepted). Your deposit must be received within five (5) days if not paid by major credit card.

Tax Information

Room rates listed above do not include a 7% South Carolina state and a total of 6% local taxes per room/per night.

Booking Policy

A two-night deposit will be taken at the time of booking and are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
