Onsite check-in
The Retina World Congress 2026 registration desk is located on the first floor outside of the Caribbean Ballroom. Go through the lobby, past Starbucks and you'll see us on the left.
For faster check-in, show us the barcode emailed to you (From name = info@ globalregsolutions.com, Subject line = RWC registration barcode) – this is not required but will expedite the process!

Friday | 7:30 am – 6:30 pm

Print a copy of the agenda – Click here and select print in the top right corner of the blue header (no printed copies available onsite).

View presentation slides in the app – Go to an agenda page, click on a talk title, look for an attachment at the bottom of the page.

Abstracts – Some abstracts will be presented at the podium and others can be viewed at the four stations in the exhibit hall.
